Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, in original condition
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards
Downloadable products
Sale items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds May Be Granted (if applicable):

Books with obvious signs of use
Apparel showing signs of wear or not in original condition
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and refund approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider—it may take time to post.
Contact your bank—processing time can vary.
If you’ve done all this and still have no refund, contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return.
If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will be issued to them.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
